        Our Events & Announcements

        (Week of 3-16-26)

Save the Date for Easter Sunday

Plan to join us at MHCOC for Easter Sunday on April 5. There will be a continental breakfast in the fellowship hall from 9:15-10:15. There is no charge and no reservation is required. We will celebrate our Risen Lord in the auditorium beginning at 10:30. Following worship, we will have an egg hunt in the front lawn (weather permitting). We ask each family to bring two dozen filled plastic eggs ahead of time (wrapped candy, trinkets or coins). Please drop them in the collection basket in the foyer. We also need volunteers for the breakfast and egg hunt. You can sign up on the fellowship bulletin board or reach out to Nancy Henley. Easter Sunday is always a wonderful day for our members, but also a perfect opportunity to invite your family, friends and neighbors.

        Women's Bible Study
Our Women's Bible Study meets on Tuesdays at 9:30 a.m. The ladies are in the middle of a 12-week series on Romans. Contact Hannah Vaughn for more information.

        Wednesday Night Classes

Steve Jones and Chuck Ludwig will continue their 1st and 2nd Timothy series on Wednesday night. We encourage you to join us in the middle of each week at 7 p.m.

        Fellowship Hall Reminders
The fellowship hall kitchen is a shared resource for our many groups and individuals. To help us remain good stewards of our budget, please keep the following guidelines in mind:

        • Community Supplies: You are welcome to use anything currently in the kitchen. We often leave "extras" from congregational fellowships for everyone to share.
        • Event Planning: Our annual budget covers basic supplies, but is not intended to fully stock the kitchen for every event. If you are hosting a specific activity and we are low on items like paper plates, cups or table covering, please plan to purchase these using your specific activity funds. Please do not use the consumables in the fellowship hall as they are allocated for upcoming events.
        • Reusing & Saving: We strive to be resourceful by reusing items and buying consumables on sale. If you need centerpieces or décor, please check with Nancy Henley. She’ll be happy to see if we already have what you need in our inventory.
